What is Our Endometriosis Resource Database?

Last Updated on January 5, 2025

Your health matters. Your symptoms matter. Your emotions matter. What you experience daily is important. Your time is invaluable.

Endometriosis is an overwhelming condition that can consume your time, emotions, physical and mental health, relationships, and more. We understand. At The Endo Bunny, one of us lives with endometriosis, and the other does not. Together, we have spent countless hours researching, practicing self-care, attending appointments, and striving to heal.

However, healing becomes incredibly challenging when we have more questions than answers. It doesn’t help when platforms like Google or Instagram prioritize ads or surface-level content. You need accessible, reliable resources—without wasting precious time searching for them online. Your time should be spent investing in your health.

After dedicating hours, days, and weeks to research, we’ve accumulated dozens of links to various types of media. That’s why we created the Endometriosis Resource and Research Database to help.

This database is designed for both those with endometriosis and those without. It’s meant to provide a broader perspective and help unlock the next stage of your health journey. While we are not medical experts and recognize that everyone’s journey is unique, we deeply understand the struggles involved. The stress, the tears, the appointments, the bills, the insurance headaches, the losses, the surgeries, the physical therapy, and the ongoing education about endometriosis-related health issues—we’ve been there.

As the Endo Bunny member without endometriosis, I’ve witnessed how consuming this condition can be. At the end of the day, those dealing with health challenges deserve better than what the world often provides. Our Endo Database is a labor of love for everyone who is suffering and searching for more.

Our Endometriosis Resource Database is a tool to support your research journey. We aim to accomplish three main goals:

  1. Help those overwhelmed by learning about endometriosis and unsure of where to go next while already dealing with debilitating symptoms.
  2. Connect individuals with endometriosis to other health-related topics, expanding their base knowledge.
  3. Save hours of research time that could be better spent healing.

This database is far from perfect and may occasionally contain broken links or outdated information. However, when first discovering endometriosis, the feelings of fear, anxiety, and confusion can be overwhelming. We want this database to serve as a starting point, offering a variety of resources to meet different learning needs.

Additionally, we will write blog posts and create social content to guide users through the database. This journey is exhausting and long, and no one should feel lost or directionless. If you have constructive feedback, please share it with us via Instagram DMs.

We hope this helps you on your journey.
